Payment:

Either pre-payment or payment of the balance one day before departure.

Cancellation: On demand we are pleased to inform you about cancellation insurance.

(1)    Cancellation of the reservation latest 3 month before scheduled arrival day is cancellation fee free for both parties. 

(2)    At cancellation of the reservation latest 1 month before scheduled arrival day a cancellation fee of 40% of the complete accommodation price will be invoiced. 

(3)    At a later cancellation the whole accommodation price has to be paid.

(4)    You also have to pay the whole accommodation price, if you don´t use the apartment.
