Our ****house direct on the lake “Millstättersee” has a quiet and sunny private grass beach only for our guests. The shore is flat for 5 meters.

Lake “Millstättersee” with a length of 12 km is one of the largest and the deepest lake in Carinthia. The lake is known for its clear drinking water quality and the diversity of fish. The lake is calm and clean because private gasoline driven motorboats are forbidden. The unspoilt southern lakeside ("Buchenwald") is perfect for hiking, running, Nordic walking or biking. Since 2007 the cycle track around the whole lake is finished. If you just want to go a part of the cycle track you can use the public boats for driving back.

Lake Temperatures: From May till October the temperatures are between 18 and 26° C.

Because of the specific wonderful location of the beach and the house our guests can enjoy the sunshine all day long. The beach is windless and big enough for all our guests.

The sunsets on our balconies are unforgettable.
